Say Hello to theQCIFY RAY

Cutting-edge image processing and AI technologies.

About the Machine

Imagine having the ability to instantly track and monitor the amount of collateral in your electronic sorters rejects, as well as the types and quantities of defects that are still passing through your processing lines in real-time.

Cutting edge image processing and AI Technologies

  • Robust and durable industrial design
  • Instant notifications via email, text, or slack for machine errors and operational system events

Understanding the Rejects for Better Future Product.

By looking at the rejected product stream we can analyze how much % of that reject stream is good product and send the customer alerts when there is too much good product being kicked out. So in this case we would be monitoring the food waste.

Maximizing the HUB’s capabilities making your processing line more efficient than ever.

The RAY and HUB are a dynamic duo that will maximize efficiency in your lines, and help you better understand what is being accepted, what is being rejected, and why. To use the RAY, you will also need a HUB.

Easy Integration

— into existing processing lines due to its compact design.

Analyzing Product Lines for Quality Control Specifications

We could install a RAY at the end of a vibratory feeder. In that instance we would be analyzing for example how many pieces of shells are in that walnut product. So in that case the data would be used to see if the product meets spec.

Other QCIFY Products:QCIFY HUB

The Qcify Hub is more or less a stand-alone system that controls a group of machines, indicating which grade (quality) must be achieved at which location, and if that does not happen, the hub can either send alerts or even go a step further and send signals to the different machines to make adjustments on the fly.
