A centralized Hub for instant data, and seamless monitoring.
To provide customers with real-time information about their electronic sort lines, a system consisting of multiple Qcify RAY units and a centrally located Qcify HUB is installed. The Qcify RAY units are responsible for collecting data from both the accept and reject outputs of the sorter(s). This data is then visualized by the Qcify HUB, allowing for easy monitoring of the production line. Additionally, the Qgrades system has the capability to send “Out of Grade” notifications to customers through various channels such as email, text, or slack.

The hub is more or less a stand-alone system that will be controlling a group of machines. The hub also allows us to indicate which grade (quality) must be achieved at which location, and if that does not happen, the hub can either send alerts or even go a step further and send signals to the different machines (especially the EYE sorters) to make adjustments on the fly.
And via the HUB, customers can also control or operate multiple machines simultaneously instead of having to operate each machine from its own HMI. The operators who monitor the production lines and have to operate the machines on that line will save a lot of time in this way.
