Crossing 100,000,000 almonds inspected

This past week we crossed the 100,000,000 California almonds inspected milestone. And with the harvest season in full swing we’re pretty sure that number will go up quickly.

One of the next milestones will be 250,000 samples analyzed. Just to give you an idea about the magnitude: it takes a human inspector typically about 15 minutes to analyze one 500 gram sample. So if a human would have analyzed our current 213,846 samples it would have taken that person approximately 25 years to complete the analysis.
